By completing your purchase you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Since permitting requirements and building codes vary in each state and municipality, drawings provided by LiveRight House Plans may not contain all of the information required to build this plan in your area. If necessary, you will need to hire a local, licensed design professional/engineer to provide these additional requirements. At this time, LiveRight House Plans does not provide modifications to our plans.

The following information is not included:

▪ Architectural or Engineering stamps/seals

▪ Site plan

▪ Structural engineering data such as foundation sizes and steel reinforcing, roof and floor framing type, sizing and spacing; etc.  

▪ HVAC drawings

▪ Plumbing drawings

▪ Detailed notes and details, detailed 

▪ Energy calculations

▪ Materials list or cost estimate

▪ Construction details and notes

All sales are final. LiveRight House Plans does not provide refunds or exchanges.

What’s Included in Your Purchase

The following drawings are included in a typical set of LiveRight House Plans:

▪ Foundation plan*

▪ Floor plans with ceiling conditions and door and window sizes noted 

▪ Roof plan*

▪ Exterior elevations

▪ A typical wall section

▪ Cross section(s)**

▪ Electrical Plan  

*Structural engineering information (such as concrete footing sizes and steel reinforcing, roof and floor framing, truss drawings, etc.) is excluded.

**Some designs, that are less complex, do not include a cross section.
